With over 90% of every platter being hand-made by us, we can ensure it’s 100% nutrient dense with no preservatives and not a single deep fried morsel to be seen anywhere.
That’s our promise to you. It’s fresh, real, vibrant and living food.
Our large nourishing platters serve 8-10 and we do have options for single serves and groups of 2-4.

Delivery
We offer free delivery for all orders over $200 within a 5km radius of Charlestown.
Any orders below this amount within the Charlestown 5km radius will have a $20 delivery fee applied.
Delivery is during business hours, Monday to Friday 8-1pm.
No weekend delivery.
Please contact us via orders@mamap.com.au for delivery fees outside of this standard area.
Pickup is available on all items.
